acquired the following bases:
- Basic Principles of Quality Management
- Bases and requirements for the acquisition of the Quality
label level I.
- Methods and means for the improvement of the service quality
in Tourist Services.
- Using, and interfering from, specialized professional notes
(Service chains, Quality profile, Complaints management, Action
plan) for the acquisition of the Quality Certification Label
, level I .
With this certification the participant is authorized to apply
the basic principles and all the knowledge she has gained from
the seminars on tourist services, and to apply for the acquisition
of the Quality Label level I, from the tourist business. |
