Our Day to night Restaurant by the pool and lounge area is an oasis of tranquility.
The lunch menu is based on traditional Greek dishes such a homemade spinach pies, baked fetta or the local fish catch of the day combined with some favorite international dishes using organic products from our farm. Nestled near the pool, the environment during the day is casual and refreshing.
During the warm summer evenings, the restaurant transforms into a fairytale of candle lights and romantic ambience by the illuminated pool, olive trees and bougainvillea and bar. The dinner menu takes on more of an international and gastronomy flair.
Malabar InHouse - Atmosphere & Taste
Award-winning chef, Panagiotis Giakalis imparts his gastronomic experiences and skill to create dishes that will surely delight the most selective of palates. Malabar InHouse can best be described as an expression of the evolution and convergence of Greek and ethnic cuisines using our products from the Margi Farm at an affordable price. All this set in an exquisite designed environment.

Set in a beautiful patio, the restaurant offers a choice of degustation menus with gourmet dishes, which represent the best our cuisine has to offer. Using organic ingredients from our farm, our well-known Chef Panagiotis Giakalis creates Mediterranean masterpieces.

Lobby Lounge - Delightful All Year Round
The Margi’s Lobby Lounge remains one of the best kept secrets in Vouliagmeni. Open all year round, the environment and the menu selection change according to the season.
Winter power Brunch or have Afternoon Tea by the fireplace. During the summer enjoy a snack or iced coffee in a cooled air conditioned environment.
Nilaya - A Sunny Start of the day
Wake up and start your day with a dynamic breakfast at Nilaya, where made-to-order omelets are served “a la minute”. Enjoy a traditional American buffet boasting a variety of baked goods, fruits, yogurts, eggs from the Margi Farm and snacks, and choose from a long list of fresh fruit drinks and coffee creations.
SUMMER BAR
The NEWLY designed Bar by the new pool: Sip a midday mojito or organic fresh farm juice as you lounge by the pool and people watch or enjoy a creative custom made cocktail by our talented barmen. Relish in a relaxed and fun ambience created by wonderful lounge music and refreshing cocktails. The Pool Bar has been a favorite hotspot for Athenians for many years. It’s the place to be.
WINTER BAR
Architect and co-owner Giagkos Agiostratitis has created a stunning mise-en-scene to warm the cold nights. Venetian crystal chandeliers and rich, vibrant red and brown hues perfectly complement the exquisite winter bar in the Malabar InHouse Restaurant.
Classic cocktails and winter favorites of malt whiskeys, mulled wine and rich wines complement the winter bar.
