Refund Policy

The Crete Golf Club refund policy

The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, (clothes and shoes only) you can exchange it for something else for up to 14 days from the purchase date.
Exchanged products (clothes and shoes only) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging including receipt.
No refund/exchange on sale items, rentals and Green Fee including (tokens, balls, tees, sun creams)
