Heraklion is a big city with vivid business and social life causing significant traffic jam during peak hours. The underground, guarded parking area that we provide (in collaboration with one of the biggest parking companies in the center of Heraklion), eliminates the hassle of parking seeking during our guests’ staying in the city. It is available with 9 euros extra charge per day.

All areas of the hotel are accessible to people with disabilities and walking difficulties and we can further provide additional personalized service upon request.

Laundry/Dry cleaning service in Capsis Astoria Heraklion is available from Monday to Friday, delivered within 24 hours (Friday: Admission until 12:00).
