Dear Eva,
 
As I think I may have mentioned to you, we went to Greece for a long standing friend's wedding, which was truly memorable. We stayed in the Aqua Sol Hotel for 4 nights and have to say that the hotel made our stay that much better.

All the staff were polite, kind and very helpful, not forgetting the restaurant manager who was first class, ran an extremely professional restaurant and was always on hand to resolve any queries.

The whole experience has been one never to forget and I must thank you, your organisation and the Aqua Sol Hotel for making this short holiday so enjoyable.

I now know where to go when I want to book my next holiday.

Dear Mrs. Maria,

I would like to thank you for the the patience and all your help while arranging my trip to Heraklion. The vacation has been super, Greece is really a very nice country with very hospitable people and divine nature.
