Dear Sir / Madam.

Thank you for such a lovely stay in the Grand Hotel in Rhodes town it was the first time in rhodes and your hotel made it extra special for me and my family.
I was wondering if you could give me any details on special rate offers for next year April / may if possible.
We were staying in room 483 and thought all the staff were very professional and friendly.
