In the traditional village of Vatos, 7km from Spili and 35km from Rethymno, are located our mezonettes Taria and Mairy. Builded from 1955 and Reinnovoted recently, the two traditional house can accomadate up to six people. Providing Television, Aircondition, Washing Machine and in General there are fully equipped. The mezonettes are the perfect place to give you a relaxation place near the most wonderfull beaches of south Rethymno for summertime or even wintertime family relaxation.

Newly renovated two bedroom stone built village house. Designed over two floors, the lower floor has a large kitchen/dining/lounge room with a traditional stone archway and open fireplace, a further lounge area that could be used as a third bedroom, a spacious bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs are two good sized bedrooms one that opens onto a large roof terrace the second has its own balcony. All the rooms have wooden beamed ceilings and natural tiled floors.

The house has an insulated pitched and tiled roof, and the wooden windows and doors will be in keeping with style of the house and fully double glazed. Outside there is a courtyard with access to the small village road. All mains services are newly connected including mains drainage
