Located on a hill, just in front of the sea, Villa Aphroditi offers maximum privacy and magnificent, unbiased vistas of the magnificent bay from any part of the villa.

A path with a staircase leads to a small secluded sandy beach. A very large terrace 250 m2 stone flagged with rough California marble hosts the 50 m2 swimming pool, a small garden with green grass in front of the bedrooms and a paved backyard with parking spaces complete the premises of this luxurious accommodation.

Accommodation

The owners have spared no money and effort in order to provide unique luxury and extravagance. A spacious and bright upper floor (65 m2), combines the sitting area with a fireplace and a large window to the blue bay the dining area in front of which, a second large window and a spacious, luxurious, bright, and well equipped kitchen with top quality appliances. Comfortable modern lounge and dining furniture, combined according to a brilliant decoration touch, 32" LCD satellite TV, home cinema, broadband internet connection, are perfectly matching the cosy oak floor. The upper floor has also a marble W.C.

The lower level has three comfortable bedrooms one common luxurious bathroom and a second one with shower en suite with the master bedroom. In two of the bedrooms, a large glass door provides blue views and leads to a grass garden terrace, just above the blue sea. The third bedroom, described as "service bedroom" is located at the back side of the building and the light comes from a small window. The bathrooms are spacious, cleverly designed and tiled with large pieces of marble. There is also a convenient store room.

The spacious pool terrace has a sitting corner, a table and chairs for dining al fresco, a barbecue, sun lounges and parasol as well as a wooden shade.

The villa is well insulated and fully air - conditioned. Its orientation (south and west) secures the maximum sunshine, extremely pleasant at the beginning and the end of the season.
